At HomeHealth, Inc is a veteran, minority-owned and operated corporation. The company was founded in 2008 and is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, state certified Medicare agency, which specializes in providing homebound healthcare services to seniors in Urban areas.

The entire scope of services provided by At HomeHealth is accomplished through the concept of “on-site management.” This allows for a case manager, one of the company’s licensed professionals, to coordinate delivery of services. All disciplines are addressed to ensure that each patient receives the maximum benefit from services.
